Are you a well-being leader for your team? Interested in doing more to advance a culture of health and well-being within the Johns Hopkins community? As a Champion, you will offer on the ground support and bringing resources and activities to your department or unit.

Healthy at Hopkins Rewards Program
It pays to practice self care—literally. The Healthy at Hopkins program offers a variety of activities to earn points toward a cash reward. The more engaged you are, the more points you earn.
You can earn up to:
- $1,000 if you’re regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week.
- $500 if you’re regularely scheduled to work 20-29 hours per week.
